數位創新助環法自行車賽社群媒體觀眾增長55%

2015年以來,環法自行車賽主辦單位阿莫里體育組織 (Amaury Sport Organisation,簡稱A.S.O.) 便與全球科技巨擘岱凱 (Dimension Data) 合作,吸引新一代年輕「粉絲」與賽事互動。目前,環法自行車賽擁有650萬忠實的社群媒體觀眾,其中年齡介於1835歲之間的年輕粉絲更高達73%

 

作為環法自行車賽的官方技術合作夥伴,岱凱持續創新,透過技術應用、創新視訊,以視覺化數據呈現賽事,協助世界最大規模自行車賽事革新觀看體驗,而今年也不例外。

 

藉著與岱凱的創新合作,A.S.O.已在其數位平台上取得了可喜的成果:網站瀏覽量增長15%;線上影音媒體觀看量從2014年的600萬,增長為2017年的7,100萬。這反映出愈來愈多的年輕觀眾從傳統轉播轉向數位內容,以更親身投入的方式體驗這項標誌性賽事。

 

為了讓觀眾獲得重要的賽事全方位分析,在環法自行車賽的每個賽段,岱凱協助分析超過15000萬個讀取值資料,並利用分析技術在@letourdata等官方社群媒體上,為粉絲提供圖像化的每日即時數據。今年更首度由電視台播送這些社群數據消息。2017年,岱凱首次引入機器學習技術來預測比賽結果。今年該公司還將利用強大的預測分析效能,保護數據不受網路攻擊影響。

 

賽事中心平台每年吸引超過9,100萬瀏覽者,粉絲可以在平台上即時跟踪喜愛車手的位置和速度,還可以了解路線地形、天氣條件等變量的即時影響,並獲得準確的預測,例如某賽段最被看好的車手、預計到達比賽關鍵點的時間,以及主車群何時會趕上領騎車群等。

 

今年,岱凱也透過內部開發計劃,向全球28,000名員工收集創新想法,旨在激發年輕世代的創意點子,為粉絲體驗創新藍圖注入新動力。這項計劃已經啟發極富創新思維的嶄新構思,包括擴增實境3D繪圖,以及利用增強演算法更準確地預測比賽結果。
